Shiba Inu Team Just Dropped The Latest SHIB Magazine, Here’s The 411

The Shiba Inu (SHIB) team recently released the latest edition of ’The Shib’ magazine. As expected, it features exciting updates from the team on milestones achieved in their quest to grow the ecosystem

Shiba Inu’s Partnership With Binance Pay

The Shiba Inu team drew the SHIB community’s attention to the fact that the SHIB token is already on Binance Pay, Binance’s payment service. They highlighted how this integration has benefited the meme coin and Binance. The number of Binance pay transactions made in SHIB is said to have grown 30% year-on-year from 2022 to 2023.

SHIB was also in the top 6 most popular Binance Pay transaction currencies by transaction count in 2022 and 2023. The team acknowledged that Binance Pay provided much-needed visibility for the meme coin “when crypto was still struggling to come out of the crypto winter.”

Meanwhile, seeing as how this partnership has so far been beneficial, the Shiba Inu team also used the opportunity to urge members of the community, especially those who have yet to do so, to keep using Binance Pay. They further highlighted the benefits of using the payment service and the convenience it provides.

In a subsequent post on the magazine, the team put the spotlight on Marswap aggregator, Shibarium’s foremost aggregator. Having just launched, Marswap has promised to slash trading costs on the Shibarium network by 15%. These reduced trading costs can help increase trading activity on the layer-2 network if eventually accomplished.

Marswap’s launch is also timely, considering that Bitcoinist recently reported that Shibarium is experiencing a 99% decline in daily transactions recorded.

Shiba Inu Records Success With Name Service

As highlighted in the magazine, the SHIB name service launched about two weeks ago has been a success. The demand for this service is said to have exceeded expectations, with thousands of registrations pouring in from members of the SHIB community. Interestingly, the premium names have been highly coveted despite costing more, with a starting price point of $50 per name.

The team also revealed in the magazine that public access to Shib Names is scheduled for March 26, after which the D3 Marketplace will launch. Once the marketplace launches, users will be able to trade their Shiba names.

SHEB, the token representing the ‘SHEboshis’ NFT (non-fungible token) collection, is another of the team’s innovations that are enjoying immense success. SHEB was recently listed on CoinW, a leading trading platform, and is said to be rapidly gaining popularity. Since being listed on the platform, the ERC-404 token has ranked among the trending crypto tokens every week.
