A bill recently introduced to the Arizona House of Representatives would take away the power of town, city, and county governments to “prohibit or otherwise restrict” the running blockchain nodes in residences. According to the bill's author, it is one of several pieces of legislation that he has submitted intending to make the state of Arizona more friendly to blockchain business and activity.
